Maria Gawrych is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in ground operations. Currently serving as the Duty Manager of Ground Operations at Welcome Airport Services Sp. z o. o. since February 2022, Maria previously held the role of Senior Ground Operations Coordinator and managed weight and balance at Warsaw Chopin Airport. Prior experience includes a position as a Passenger Service Agent at Aviation Support Poland and an internship in Ground Operations at Port Lotniczy Bydgoszcz S.A. Maria is pursuing a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Aviation at War Studies University in Warsaw, expected to be completed in 2023, following education at Technikum Handlowe from 2016 to 2020.
