George Scangas possesses over 25 years of expertise in information technology, having held numerous progressively responsible roles. At Welchs, from November 2002 to September 2023, George advanced through positions such as Senior Manager of IT, Manager of IT, and Lead IT Infrastructure Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Systems Administrator at Shelflink from 2000 to 2002, Desktop Support Supervisor at Phoenix Media/Communications Group from September 1999 to September 2000, and Information Systems Specialist at JL Audio, Inc. from 1998 to 1999. George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College, earned between 1993 and 1997, and is a graduate of Salem High School, completing studies in 1993.
