Rusty Douthitt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, insurance, and ministry. Currently serving as a Loan Officer at Welch State Bank since January 2021, Rusty previously operated as a Licensed Insurance Agent and small business owner at American Family Insurance from June 2013 to January 2021, specializing in various insurance products tailored to client needs. Rusty also held the position of Music Pastor at New Life Assembly of God for 18 years, where responsibilities included leading worship, directing musical teams, and organizing community events. Earlier in the career, Rusty served as a Youth Pastor at Lenexa Christian Center. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Bible from Oral Roberts University and Chartered Life Underwriter designation from American College of Financial Services.
