Sean Cousins, MBA, is a seasoned Project Manager at WELBRO Building Corporation since July 2017 and a licensed Realtor at Charles Rutenberg Realty Inc. since April 2017. Prior to these roles, Sean served as Project Manager at ACY Contractors, LLC, from December 2010 to June 2017, overseeing on-site project management and coordination with trade teams. Sean's career began as a Project Engineer at Construct Two Group, where responsibilities included liaising with the Architectural team and managing project information. Earlier experience includes serving as Superintendent at Mercedes Homes, supervising the construction of homes and ensuring completion within budget and schedule. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, complemented by a Leadership Certification in Business Administration.
