Sohin Parmar began their work experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Ashley Engineering in 2014. They then worked as a CAD Designer at Defined Designs Inc. from November 2016 to May 2018. After that, they joined TMS Lighting Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer from May 2018 to October 2019. Currently, they are employed as an Engineer II at Welbilt Inc. starting from October 2019.

Sohin Parmar completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from GTU, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. They then pursued further education at Sheridan College from 2015 to 2017 and obtained a degree in Mechanical Design, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their academic achievements, Sohin has obtained several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2022, Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from George Brown College in May 2022, Autocad from Autodesk in October 2014, Creo from PTC in July 2014, and Energy conservation awareness from Gujarat Energy Development Agency in September 2013. They also completed In Plant Training at Gujarat State Electricity Co. Ltd in November 2013.
