Neil Nie has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Neil started their career at Eaton Electrical Manufacturing in 1996, where they served as a Lean/Manufacturing Manager for nearly 10 years. In 2005, they joined Nilfisk-Advance as an Operation Manager before transitioning to Manitowoc Foodservice China in 2006, where they served as an Operations Director for over a decade. In 2018, Neil joined Welbilt Inc. as the Sourcing Director for Welbilt APAC, where they lead sourcing activities, supports the global sourcing team, and guides the local sourcing team in 4 factories in the APAC region.

Neil Nie earned an MBA with a specialization in HR Management from Zhejiang University between 2001 and 2004.
