Larissa Haiker, LCSW, is an experienced professional in social work and training development. Serving as a Training and Development Specialist at WelbeHealth since July 2022, Larissa develops and conducts training programs while collaborating with managers to enhance participant care. Previously, Larissa held the position of Family Services Manager at the Alzheimer's Association, Orange County Chapter, where collaboration with community partners expanded services to underserved populations and included the training and supervision of volunteers. Earlier roles included Family Care Associate III and Support Group/Community Outreach Coordinator at Alzheimer's Orange County, focusing on clinical intern oversight and caregiver support. Larissa's career began as a Research Assistant at UC Riverside, contributing to studies on family processes in high-risk samples.
