Lotta Örså has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2012, they started working in several summer and part-time jobs. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Salesperson at Motonet Oy. In 2018, they became an Engineer Trainee at SRV Infra Oy, where they worked until 2020. During the summer of 2020, they were a Summer Trainee at Sweco. Currently, they are working as a Project Engineer Trainee at Welado since June 2021.

Lotta Örså's education history is as follows:

Lotta Örså completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kone- ja rakennustekniikka (Machine and Building Technology) from Aalto University from 2016 to 2019. Lotta then pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Building Construction Technology from Aalto University from 2019 to 2021. During their master's program, they also participated in exchange studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in the field of Civil Engineering from 2020 to 2021.

In terms of certifications, Lotta Örså has obtained several additional qualifications. Lotta received a Hygiene Passport from the Finnish Food Safety Authority Evira in March 2013. In April 2018, they obtained an Occupational Safety Card from Työturvallisuuskeskus ry. Furthermore, they completed a First Aid Course EA 1 from the Finnish Red Cross - Suomen Punainen Risti in November 2021. Additionally, they achieved Road Safety 1 and Road Safety 2 certifications from the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency (Väylävirasto/Trafikledsverket) in June 2021.
