Jussi Juntunen has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jussi started their career in 2012 as a Site Manager at RPK Rakennus Kemppainen Oy and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a District Manager at ELY-keskus - Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment. Currently, they work as a Project Manager at Welado since 2020.

Jussi Juntunen has a Master of Engineering degree in Strategic leadership of technology-based business from Centria University of Applied Sciences / Kajaani University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Construction Engineering from Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK). Before entering higher education, Jussi Juntunen completed their secondary education at Suomussalmen lukio, where they received the Ylioppilas degree.
