Hanna Kouri is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in developing modern work practices, supporting employee well-being, and enhancing company culture. Since October 2019, Hanna serves as the HR Manager at Welado, focusing on leadership development and well-being initiatives. Previously, Hanna held HR Manager positions at Etteplan MORE, where support in employee relations and HR processes was key, and at Eatech Oy, where responsibilities included labor relations and internal communications. Early career roles included marketing and HR coordination, along with customer service positions. Hanna holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information and Knowledge Management from Tampere University of Technology.
