Maxime Smits is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Adviseur at ABT bv since October 2023. Prior to this role, Maxime worked as an HR Officer at NEDCON from April 2020 to October 2023 and as an Intercedent at Start People from July 2019 to April 2020.
