Anne Partanen is an experienced professional in the field of transportation infrastructure and engineering. Currently serving as an Asiantuntija at Welado since January 2023, Anne has previously held various roles, including Kunnossapidon aluepäällikkö and Kunnossapidon aluevastaava at the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency from January 2019 to December 2022. Anne's earlier experience includes positions at the Finnish Transport Agency focused on rail maintenance from August 2013 to December 2018, and extensive engineering roles at ABB from 2000 to 2012. Anne holds a Bachelor of Engineer (BEng) degree from Oulu University of Applied Sciences, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Machine Automation from Oulu Polytechnic, underpinning a solid educational foundation in technology, communication, and production engineering.
