Fabian Saavedra has a wealth of experience in the field of customer care and IT. Fabian began their career in 1997 as Vice President of Customer Care at DIRECTV Latin America. Fabian then became General Director, Senior Director of Customer Care, IT Director, Development Manager, and System Analyst at the same company. In 2015, they became President of PacificShore. In 2012, they were appointed President of the Mesa Sectorial BPO / ITO / KPO de Colombia at SENA. In 2019, they became Co-Founder and Member of the Board of Directors at WeKall, Board Member at Tatiendo.com, and Professor Universitario (Postgrado) at Universidad ICESI. In 2021, they were appointed Member of the Board of Advisors at GERENCIA SELECTA, and in 2022 they became Member of the Board of Directors at BIDDA and Member of the Board of Advisors at INELCIME.
Fabian Saavedra has a long and varied educational history. Fabian began their studies in 1992 at Universidad ICESI, where they earned a System Engineer with Business Administration Emphasis in 1998. Fabian then went on to complete a Networking & Telecommunications degree in 1999, followed by an Object-Oriented Software Development degree in 2001. In 2004, they returned to Universidad ICESI to complete a Business Administration Postgrade degree in 2005. In 2016, they completed a Programa Ejecutivo - Juntas Directivas degree from Universidad de Los Andes. Finally, in 2019, they completed an Executive Development Program from IAE Business School, followed by a Corporate Executive Development Program from SMU Cox School of Business in 2020.
