Beate Kiewlicz is an experienced legal professional based in Austria, currently serving as Rechtsanwältin at EBERL Rechtsanwaltskanzlei since November 2023, and also holds the role of Autorin | Juristische Redakteurin at WEKA since December 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Rechtsanwaltsanwärterin at B&S Böhmdorfer Schender Rechtsanwälte GmbH from March 2019 to August 2023, and as Rechtspraktikantin at OLG Wien from March 2018 to September 2018. Beate gained valuable experience as Studienassistentin at the University of Vienna’s Research Centre for European Legal Development and Private Law Reform and held internships at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs, the Austrian Chancellery, the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Human Rights, and the Austrian Embassy in Warsaw. Beate earned a Magister in Rechtswissenschaften from the University of Vienna and completed the Rechtsanwaltsprüfung at the Oberlandesgericht Wien. Education also includes a high school diploma from AHS | BRG14 Linzerstraße, Wien.
