Ericka Woods is a seasoned professional in development and organizing, currently serving as a Development Assistant at the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science since June 2022. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Ericka is the founder of Right Time To Organize, LLC, offering organizing services to the Houston area since August 2012. Previous roles include Leadership Giving Coordinator at Houston SPCA, Development Associate at Brooklyn Public Library, and various positions in fundraising and development at organizations such as The Execu|Search Group, The Manhattan Children's Center, and The Osborne Association. Ericka holds an EdM and MA in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BS in Psychology from American International College.
