Mitesh Velani, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at WeirFoulds LLP, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this, Mitesh held multiple senior roles at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP from November 2014 to March 2023, including Director of Innovation and Financial Systems, Director of Conflicts, Billings and Collections, and Manager of Credit, Billing and Collections. Mitesh began their professional career in finance with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and Siemens Canada, where responsibilities spanned billing, collections, pricing strategy, and risk management. Mitesh possesses a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and Finance from the University of Waterloo and specialized certifications in management accounting and legal project management.
