Jason Zhao has a long and varied work experience. Jason began their career in 2010 as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Cornell University. In 2011, they worked as a Firmwide Technology Core Team member at Goldman Sachs, where they implemented multiple data structures and performed code reviews and quality testing. In 2012, they interned at Palantir Technologies as a Software Engineering Intern. Jason then returned to Palantir Technologies in 2013 as a Software Engineer - Infrastructure Tech Lead Manager. In 2018, they joined Lyft as a Software Engineer - Machine Learning Platform, and was later promoted to Staff Software Engineer - Perception and Engineering Manager - Autonomy Infrastructure in the Level 5 Autonomous Driving Division. Most recently, in 2022, they became an Engineering Manager at Weights & Biases.
Jason Zhao completed their undergraduate studies at Cornell University, earning a B.S. in Computer Science in 2013. Jason then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science at Stanford University, graduating in 2015.
