Quest Rogers has a diverse work experience in the field of motion graphics and design. They started their career as a Motion Graphics Designer at ITT Technical Institute in 2010, and later became an Adjunct Instructor at Westwood College in 2010. In 2012, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at International Academy of Design and Technology, and also as a Lecturer at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. In 2013, they joined TouchVision TV/Weigel Broadcasting as a Motion Graphics Designer, and then became the Motion Graphics Designer Supervisor from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to Weigel Broadcasting Co. as the Head of Graphics. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Arizona State University as a Faculty Associate, where they facilitate instruction in Adobe After Effects motion design and mentor teaching assistants.

Quest Rogers attended The Art Institutes from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media Arts & Animation.
