Tanya Paragas has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2018. Tanya started their career as a Career Peer Advisor at Arizona State University in 2007 and held this role until 2010. Tanya then moved on to work at Primavera Online High School & The American Virtual Academy, where they served as a Student Advisor from 2013 to 2014 and as a Math Instructor from 2014 to 2016. Tanya joined Weidner Apartment Homes in 2017 as a Regional Administrator and continued in this role until the present.

Tanya Paragas attended Arizona State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development. Tanya completed their studies in 2011.
