Thomas Kipke has worked as the Head of global production at Weidmüller Deutschland since November 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Technischer Leiter at Radium Lampenwerke GmbH from April 2008 to October 2015.

Thomas Kipke attended Technische Hochschule Ulm from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Feinwerktechnik and achieved a Diplom-Ingenieur qualification.
