Kyle R Kinsey has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on land acquisitions. Kyle R has held the position of VP of Land Acquisitions at Muffley & Associates Real Estate since December 2014, where they specialize in identifying and assessing land purchase and development opportunities in the Atlanta Real Estate Market. Kyle R'sresponsibilities include negotiating acquisitions, performing land use and financial analysis, and negotiating Purchase & Sale Agreements. Prior to this, Kyle worked as a Residential Real Estate Consultant/Global Property Specialist at #1 Muffley & Associates since December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for advising clients on real estate transactions and providing expertise in In-town & Greater areas of Atlanta. Before their career in real estate, Kyle was a Project Manager at Superheat FGH from September 2008 to June 2013.

Kyle R Kinsey received a Georgia Salesperson License in Real Estate from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate in 2013. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they attended Vidalia High School and obtained their High School Diploma.
