Jacques Guercy is a licensed real estate salesperson with extensive experience at Weichert, REALTORS - Advantage Plus since February 2009. In this role, Jacques has engaged in strategic consulting, focusing on business plan and sales strategy development, and has successfully generated new development deals for a company specializing in multi-family residential projects through comprehensive real estate market analysis. Additionally, Jacques is involved in buying and selling condos, townhouses, multi-family homes, as well as renting, foreclosures, short sales, and investments in real estate. Jacques attended Rockland Community College from 1982 to 1985.
