Sherri McDonald currently holds the position of Managing Director Attorney Recruitment & Law Firm Management / National DEI at Wegman Partners since February 2020. Prior to this, Sherri served as Sr. Director, Law Firm Management & Attorney Recruitment/National Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Special Counsel from March 2016 to February 2020. Additionally, Sherri has experience in finance from their time at Northwestern Mutual from July 2014 to March 2016. Sherri's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Extension School and a BS in Sports Psychology and Biomechanics from Penn State University.
