Basak Tuzun Gorduk is a seasoned consultant and researcher specializing in social impact, labor migration, and program development. Currently serving as a Consultant for İstanbul Nişantaşı Üniversitesi and WYG Consulting, Basak contributes to strengthening institutional capacities and leading sectoral studies to enhance labor migration policies. Previously, Basak held the position of Director of Programme Management at İNGEV, overseeing impactful initiatives targeting local development, gender equality, and refugee empowerment. Basak's diverse experience spans training grassroots organizations on human rights, managing significant projects with international organizations, and conducting critical research in various sectors. Educational credentials include degrees from Dokuz Eylul University and Ege University.
