Ninfa Del Gaudio has a diverse work experience in finance and administration roles. Ninfa is currently the Director of the Finance Department at wefox Italy, where they oversee a team of 14 people and is responsible for year-end financial statement preparation, payroll, coordination of finance activities, monthly closings, and fiscal compliance. Previously, they served as the Head of Finance, Administration & Control at MANSUTTI, where they managed a team of nine and handled tasks such as financial control, personnel management, budgeting, and project support. Ninfa also worked as a PMO - Project Management Officer, leading the Mansutti 2.0 digitalization project. Prior to that, they held roles in companies such as Lekkerland, Cromital S.p.A., CBP Italia, and PwC, where they gained experience in areas such as financial accounting, reporting, auditing, and process improvement.

Ninfa Del Gaudio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management delle imprese internazionali from the University of Naples 'Parthenope' in the years 2002 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Economia aziendale e management from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, completing their studies between 2005 and 2007.
