Rob Cota began their career in 1984 with the General Group of Companies as a Sales Associate, providing administrative support to sales department executives. In 1988, they became the Owner of South Bay Mobile Car Detailing. In 1990, they moved to Kansai International as a Sales Associate, providing national sales and technical support for printer sharing devices and end users. In 1991, they joined Imaging Supplies Express as a Service Manager. Finally, in 1996, they became the President of WeFixPrinters.com, Inc., an on-site and depot repair center for printers, facsimile, scanner, and multi-function office machines. Robert "Rob" also served as an Authorized Warranty Service Center for Epson, Brother and Canon devices, serving both large businesses and home offices.
Robert "Rob" Cota received their CompTIA's Printing and Document Imaging (PDI+) certification in 2010. Robert "Rob" attended El Camino College from 1988 to 1992, studying Business. Robert "Rob" also has two factory trained service technician certifications, one from Canon U.S.A. and another from Epson America, both of which are for inkjet, laser, scanner multi-function devices.
