Tushar Navadiya is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. As the CTO and Co-founder of Codeverse Weenggs Solutions LLP since December 2012, Tushar oversees client communication, requirement gathering, project planning, and quality assurance to ensure client satisfaction. Previously, Tushar held the position of Lead Mobile App Developer at RSA America LLC for a decade, and served as Lead iOS Developer at ViPrak Web Solutions. Tushar's career began as a Junior C Programmer at Infotech Financial, where responsibilities included developing interfaces for stock exchanges and algorithmic trading strategies. Tushar also worked as a .Net Developer at ViPrak Web Solutions, engaging in product development and database design. Tushar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Babaria Institute and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from B & B Institute of Technology.
