Jharna Kachru is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a TA Manager at Weee! since November 2021. Prior to this role, Jharna held various positions at Modis from January 2017 to October 2021, including Delivery Manager in Enterprise Technology and Senior Resource Development Manager for Engineering & Technology. Jharna began the career in recruitment at Catalyst Systems as an Information Technology Recruiter from 2012 to 2016, and subsequently worked as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter at DGN Technologies and as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Adecco from 2016 to 2017. Jharna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northeastern University and completed high school at Shrewsbury High School.
