Dave Gillem has a solid background in frontend development and design. In these positions, they played a key role in architecting user experiences, designing and developing frontend solutions, establishing best practices, and creating code guidelines. Dave also provided art direction, developed JavaScript frameworks, and contributed to version control processes.

Dave also worked at Sabre Corporation, where they held various roles from 2000 to 2012. As a Principal Art Director/Solutions Manager, they were responsible for creating strategies and delivery processes for products, ensuring their performance and profitability. Dave also served as an Interactive Creative Director/Frontend Developer at Travelocity, where they led the development of interactive layouts, user interface graphics, and conducted project requirements and prototype development. Additionally, Dave worked as a Senior Web Designer/Developer at Sabre-Corporate Communications, where they developed and maintained web-based solutions, designed interfaces, and improved partner websites.

Earlier in their career, Dave started as a Student Teacher at The Art Institute of Dallas, teaching Adobe software programs and providing creative direction to students.
