Daniel also serves as the President of the Association of Accredited Child & Family Agencies, collaborating to enhance child welfare systems. As the Founder of Exceed Organizational Development, LLC, Daniel focuses on leadership development. With a background in fundraising and marketing, Daniel has held roles at various organizations such as Hope Network and Sunset Retirement Communities & Services. Educationally, Daniel holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
