Kara Klinger began their work experience in 2000 at CVS Pharmacy, where they worked as a Pharmacy Manager. In this role, they managed and supervised pharmacy staff, handled order entry and prescription verification, and provided counseling and clinical support to patients and physician offices. Kara then moved on to Acme Markets in 2004 as a Pharmacist, where they were responsible for filling, storing, and ordering prescription medications, screening for drug interactions, and processing prescription claims. Kara's most recent work experience is at Wedgewood Pharmacy, starting in 2018, where they work as a Customer Care Pharmacist. In this role, they communicate with providers to receive prescription orders and provide counseling, ensures accurate and timely processing of prescriptions, and solves customer problems in accordance with pharmacy regulations.

Kara Klinger began their education in 1993 at Rowan University, where they pursued Pre-Pharmacy Studies. Kara attended Rowan University for a period of four years, until 1997. In 1997, Kara moved on to Temple University School of Pharmacy, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree in the span of three years, graduating in 2000.
