Ismail Abdelkhalik is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at WeCare Kuwait since March 2022, Ismail orchestrates technology projects, focusing on feasibility analysis, implementation, and user enhancements, while aligning solutions with the company's digital strategies. In parallel, Ismail holds the position of IT Project Manager at Dar Al Baraa Medical Center, overseeing project lifecycles from planning to execution and ensuring high-quality delivery. Previously, Ismail led a technical team at Kuwait University, delivering client-centric projects, and held senior consultant roles at AXIS SOLUTIONS, Rumouz Inf. Tech., and Oracle SSI.
