Lily T. Liu is an accomplished design professional with a strong background in user experience and product design, currently serving as Lead Designer at Bizwise since June 2023. Previously, at Google, Lily contributed to the design of the cluster upgrade experience for Google Cloud, collaborating with engineers to deliver an MVP and develop a UX roadmap. Experience at Hack the 6ix included transforming the website and application for Toronto's largest hackathon, enhancing application completion rates. Additionally, Lily worked with the Ontario Digital Service to design a government appointment booking system, improving service efficiency. Other roles include positions at Formlabs, Toyota Canada, UW Sailbot, Natural Resources Canada, and the University of Waterloo, each showcasing a commitment to innovative design and problem-solving. Lily holds a Master of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
