Mark Milam possesses extensive experience in the health insurance sector, with a career spanning over three decades. From November 2009 to the present, Mark has been with WebTPA, progressing through several key roles including Claims Manager, Associate Claims Manager, Claims Team Lead, Claims Auditor, and Senior Claims Examiner. Prior to this, Mark worked at National Health Insurance from May 1991 to November 2009, holding various positions such as Underwriting Assistant, Supervisor, Underwriter, and Claims Examiner. Earlier experience includes a role as Agent Representative at Scott Eustice Agency; BBIS from May 1986 to May 1991, and as a Telemarketer at Numart from May 1984 to May 1986. Mark is a graduate of Carthage High School and studied Business Administration and Management at Tarrant County College.
