Jakob Cardell has extensive experience in the IT consulting and recruitment sectors, currently serving as CEO of Webstep AB since April 2014, where the company has over 100 employees and branches in multiple Swedish cities. Previously, Jakob held the role of CFO at Webstep, which was formerly known as Diversify Consulting Group. As Chairman of the Board at Brainville from February 2013 to November 2020, Jakob contributed to the development of a leading marketplace for gig workers. Jakob also founded Aoex in December 2009, a recruitment and consulting company focused on customized solutions. Early career roles include CFO/Deputy CEO at Madeo Sourcing Group AB and various sales positions at eWork and K2 Partnering Solutions. Jakob holds a Master's degree in Economics from Luleå University of Technology, with additional education from institutions in Germany and Spain, alongside Dale Carnegie Training.
