Franklin Morales is a seasoned UX/UI Design Lead at WebMD since December 2020, where responsibilities include directing branded content experiences and supporting marketing initiatives within the company's brand studio. Prior to this role, Franklin served as Interactive Design Supervisor at McCann Health New Jersey, leading agency-wide interactive creative efforts, and had a notable tenure as Senior User Experience Designer at Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide. With earlier roles as Interactive Art Director at Medco and Senior Web Designer at Brandwizard, Franklin brings over 15 years of experience in digital design and user interface strategy.
