Mandy Gagnon is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and automation. Currently serving as the Lead QA Automation Engineer at WebMD Ignite since September 2022, Mandy has previously held positions such as Sr. Software Engineer in Test at Level Home Inc., Senior QA Analyst at Progressive Leasing, and Senior QA Engineer at inContact. With a foundation of roles in software quality assurance dating back to 2006, Mandy has developed a robust skill set across various organizations, including MaritzCX, StayWell, and ARUP Laboratories. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has completed coursework at the University of Utah.
