Jack Finchum is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and automation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at WebMD Ignite since October 2017, Jack is dedicated to transforming the healthcare ecosystem by guiding individuals to better health. Previous roles include automation positions at UL and MEDHOST, software development and quality assurance at digiChart, Inc., and software QA analyst roles at Franklin American Mortgage Company and Environmental Systems Corporation. Jack's academic background includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from East Tennessee State University.
