Leigh Lynam

Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Webflow

Leigh Lynam has a diverse work history spanning various industries. They started their career as a Barista at Starbucks in 2010 and later worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity of Omaha from 2012 to 2014. In 2016, Leigh served as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Legal Aid of Nebraska, followed by a Public Relations Internship at ONE Omaha in 2017. They then transitioned to the role of Executive Administrative Assistant at The Durham Museum from 2017 to 2018.

Leigh continued their career in customer service and account management roles at Hayneedle.com, where they started as a Customer Service Representative in 2018 and later became a Product Specialist. In 2019, they joined Flywheel as an Account Executive and subsequently served as an Expansion Account Manager.

In 2021, Leigh joined Buildertrend as a Customer Success Coach and later got promoted to Senior Customer Success Coach. Currently, Leigh works at Webflow as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, starting from July 2022.

Leigh Lynam completed their education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2010 to 2017. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Communication Studies with a minor in PR and Advertising. Additionally, in January 2023, Leigh obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
