Chelsea Gorkiewicz is a Senior Project Architect at Weber Thompson since October 2013, specializing in mid-rise, mixed-use urban infill projects in the Pacific Northwest, including affordable and market-rate multifamily housing and commercial/office spaces. As the Owner and Architect at The Bolt Lab since April 2016, Chelsea emphasizes the importance of connection in design. Previous experience includes roles as an Architect at FabCab, focusing on construction logistics for component-based homes, and as Associate Principal at PLACE Architects, managing residential projects and firm operations. Additional experience spans positions at William Zimmerman Architects, Polytech Associates Inc, and several design roles in various firms. Chelsea holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan, complemented by time at the University of Manchester.
