Tania Kteily has had an extensive and varied work experience. Tania started their career in 2011 as a Trainee at Ets. F.A. Kettaneh S.A. in the Sales and Marketing department. In 2012, they worked as a Trainee in Finance at Accurate Investment Brokers. The following year, in 2013, Tania worked at BankMed as a Part-Time Sales Representative and later as a Trainee at the Country Finance department of Bank Audi sal - Audi Saradar Group. Tania also worked as a Trainee at the Marketing & Communication department of Online Money Transfer (OMT). In 2014, Tania joined Bel as a Trainee before becoming a PR Coordinator at Memac Ogilvy Holding. Tania then moved to Memac Ogilvy in 2017 as a PR Account Executive. Tania's most recent and current employment is at Weber Shandwick, where they started in 2018 as a Senior Associate, later becoming a Manager, and currently holds the position of Senior Account Manager in the Consumer and Corporate division.

Tania Kteily obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, from the American University of Beirut between the years 2011 and 2014. Additionally, they have completed various certifications including the Highly Commended - The Dave Robinson Award for Outstanding Young Communicator of The Year 2022 from the Middle East Public Relations Association, the MyLead Leadership Development Program from BTS, the PR Face To Watch 2022 from Campaign Middle East, Writing with Impact from LinkedIn, and TASL from BTS.
