Susie Bates is an accomplished human resource professional and DEI champion with extensive experience across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. Susie's prior experience includes positions such as General Manager of Talent Q China, Organizational Development and HR Consultant for a women's health and beauty company, and Group Vice-President of Recruitment at United Family Healthcare. Susie's career began at Rolls-Royce International Limited in China, playing a key role in establishing the company's operations in the region.
