Mona Hu has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Mona began their career as a Marketing Assistant & Customer Service Officer at Beijing BISS International School in 2008. In 2011, they joined Waggener Edstrom as a Senior Accounts Executive. Mona then moved on to Weber Shandwick in 2013 as an Account Manager, working with clients such as OMEGA, Galeries Lafayette Beijing, Madame Tussauds Beijing, TRENDIANO, and SWAROVSKI. In 2016, Mona joined INSTAR, first serving as Senior PR & Social Director and later being promoted to the role of Director.

Mona Hu attended Central South University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Public Administration.
