Mayrav Newman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mayrav is currently working as a Mentor at Mayrav Runs It starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of SVP, Integrated Project Management & Client Operations at Weber Shandwick since April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading client operations on a top account and managing project management staff. Despite challenges such as the "Great Resignation" of 2021, Mayrav successfully executed programs and retained their own team.

Before joining Weber Shandwick, Mayrav worked at Eight Bit Studios from 2016 to 2021. Mayrav first served as a Digital Account Director, where they maintained client relationships, generated new partnerships, and collaborated with internal teams. Later, they transitioned to the role of Project Manager, focusing on delivering projects within budget and timeline.

From 2016 to 2021, Mayrav worked as a Senior Project Manager at Duo Consulting, where they managed projects and teams. Prior to that, they were an Account Manager at The Wolf Consulting LLC from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they provided digital marketing and donor relations consulting to local non-profit organizations.

Mayrav's experience also includes their time at Wellness Layers (CyberDiet) as an Account Manager from 2012 to 2015. Here, they led an international account team, developed client and team strategies, and managed software projects. Mayrav also worked at Digitas as an Associate Director, Project Management from 2010 to 2012, where they oversaw digital operations for key clients and managed project delivery.
