Margaux Pepper has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. Margaux began as a Branded Entertainment Intern at LiquidThread in 2012 and later worked as a Microsoft Xbox Intern at the same company from June to September 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Consumer Intern at Creative Coworking and then as a Photographer and Photo Editor for Northwestern Magazine from January to July 2012. Margaux then worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Administrative Assistant at Creative Coworking from June 2012 to June 2013. From 2015 to 2017, they held the positions of Assistant Digital Associate and Digital Associate at Weber Shandwick. Margaux then progressed to the role of Senior Strategist from February 2017 to February 2018, during which they secured four new business wins and crafted brand strategies for multiple CPG brands. Margaux was promoted to Manager of Strategic Planning at Weber Shandwick from February 2018 to October 2019 and then became Director of Strategic Planning from October 2019 to September 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning at Weber Shandwick, starting in September 2021.
