Lotty (Chudley) Darwin has over 10 years of work experience in various roles within the marketing and communications field. Lotty most recently worked at Weber Shandwick as a Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for EMEA client development and operations for data and analytics. Lotty'srole involved bridging the gap between analysts and brand teams to deliver insights that inform marketing and communications strategy. Lotty also led the EMEA data and analytics operations and product development, presented to c-suite clients, and drove department revenue to hit growth targets. Lotty also played a key role in winning social measurement for one of the largest social media platforms.

Before their role at Weber Shandwick, Lotty worked at AnalogFolk as a Business Director, leading data-driven digital transformation projects for brands such as Dyson and Nando's. Lotty focused on helping businesses place the customer at the heart of their strategy and developing new operating models for more efficient business operations. Lotty also developed the agency's proposition of data-inspired creative, using insights to create connected brand experiences.

Prior to AnalogFolk, Lotty worked at DBD Media - Verb Brands Group as the Director of Content, Social & SEO. Lotty was headhunted for this role and was responsible for leading the agency's business transformation across product and operations. Lotty managed a team of strategists, account managers, copywriters, and analysts, providing strategic direction to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

Before joining DBD Media, Lotty worked at OMD Australia as a Senior Manager - SEO & Content, and at DBD Media as an Account Manager. Lotty'searly career experience includes working as a Communications Manager at Sundial Group, where they were responsible for PR and communications for the group's conference hotels, team building company, and venue finding agency. Lotty's key achievements in this role included writing award-winning entries, leading marketing campaigns, and overseeing the group's digital strategy.

Lotty (Chudley) Darwin attended The University of Manchester from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BA (Hons) 1st Class degree in English Language Literacy and Communication. In addition, they hold several certifications, including the IPA Commercial Certificate from the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), which they received in November 2015. Lotty also obtained the IPA Legal Regulations certification from the same institution in September 2015. Furthermore, Lotty received the GAIQ Certified certification from Google in January 2014.
