Kim Dixon has a diverse and extensive work experience, spanning across various companies and roles. Kim is currently the Head of Leadership Communications for Weber Shandwick, where they oversee leadership communications for one of the largest communications networks globally. In this role, they focus on executive visibility, C-suite communications, reputation management, and diversity, equity & inclusion communications. Kim also supports the global CEO, President, and Chief DEI Officer. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global Communications at Weber Shandwick, where they led the global corporate communications function, protecting and promoting the agency's reputation and raising its profile as a leader in marketing services. Kim was responsible for external communications strategy, internal/employee communications, and social/digital activities. Before that, Kim was the Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Communications at Weber Shandwick, acting as the organizational lead for the broader global comms team and providing senior communications counsel during a time of significant complexity. Kim also served as the Vice President and Director (previously Manager) of Global Corporate Communications at the company.

Prior to their roles at Weber Shandwick, Kim worked as the Communications & PR Manager at PureWow and as a Media Relations Associate at J.P. Morgan, where they drove media relations strategy and execution for the J.P. Morgan Funds line of business. Kim also has experience as an Account Executive (previously Assistant Account Executive) at Horn Group and as an Associate Account Executive (previously Account Coordinator) at Bender/Helper Impact.

Throughout their career, Kim has gained expertise in leadership communications, corporate communications, media relations, and PR. Kim has been instrumental in enhancing the reputation and visibility of the organizations they have worked for, providing strategic counsel during times of significant change and complexity.

From 2003 to 2007, Kim Dixon attended the University of Delaware. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on English and Journalism.
