Marco Engstler began their work experience as a Softwareentwickler at AGCO Fendt in September 2015, where they worked until December 2017. In January 2018, they joined DMG MORI Software Solutions GmbH as a Softwareentwickler and remained in that role until June 2021. Currently, they are a Solutions Architect at Weber Maschinenbau, starting in July 2021.

Marco Engstler completed their Bachelor of Science in Informatik at Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten from 2010 to 2014. Marco then pursued their Master of Science in Fahrerassistenzsysteme at the same institution from 2014 to 2015.
