Rachel Baatje has a diverse work experience. Rachel started their career at Deloitte as an Audit Senior in 2003 and worked there until 2007. After leaving Deloitte, they joined Raytheon ELCAN Optical Technologies as an FP&A and Finance Manager from 2007 to 2015. Currently, they are working as the Director of Finance and Administration at Weber Manufacturing Technologies Inc., a position they have held since 2015.

Rachel Baatje completed their Bachelor's degree in Chartered Accounting from the University of Waterloo from 1999 to 2002. Rachel then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at the same university from 2002 to 2003.
