Margaret (Connolly) Ferrer is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Weber LLC since September 2023. Previously, Ferrer held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Lasko Products from May 2022 to September 2023, and at Cardone Industries from April 2020 to May 2022. Ferrer has also served as Chief Financial Officer for Stanley Engineered Fastening (SEF) within Stanley Black and Decker, and was North America CFO at Axalta Coating Systems from July 2014 to December 2017.
